2019 was full of surprises. Some of you have been listening to our videos/messages for many years, but we only had the joy of meeting you face-to-face this past year. Your stories of hope and transformation have inspired us. But no miracle is as astounding as the testimonies we heard of relationships being healed and families restored. We are coming to realize that a prominent fruit of this ministry is setting people free from the religious bondage that destroys relationship, into the joy of extravagant love.
The new book, Creative Chaos, was eventually published in October. It contains much of the meditations we’ve been drawn into over the past few years. It also opened up many new conversations and connections which we trust will continue to broaden the impact of this beautiful message.
Mary-Anne and I love what we do and we want to continue doing it. We have enormous opportunities to communicate this gospel, exceeded only by our desire to do so. We also know that many of you love this message and desire to support us in practical ways. And so, once a year during this season of giving, we take the opportunity to make known the needs of the ministry. There are actually only two that we want to mention.
The first is monthly support. It is the generosity of those who believe in us and this message, that enables us to do what we do. To the hand-full of monthly supporters we have, thank you! We had to sit down and seriously consider how to go forward. Currently, we need an additional $1200 per month to continue doing what we are doing. And so we felt to trust for 6 more supporters – families or individuals who feel deeply connected to this message and want to support us with $200/month. Obviously, any amount is greatly appreciated. But we felt to specifically ask Abba for these 6 supporters, and make this appeal.
The second is for a faithful vehicle. Our current vehicle is 15 years old and seems to spend more time in the mechanic’s workshop, than on the road. A faithful second-hand vehicle will cost approximately $10,000.
